If you're dissatisfied with your purchase and want to initiate a return, you have a six-day window starting from the date of receipt to send it back using the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is not damaged during the packaging process, as we cannot provide a refund if damage occurs due to improper packaging. Additionally, please note that a 3% handling fee will be deducted from your total refund. You pay for the return.
